This Acceptable Use Policy document, including the following list of Prohibited Activities, is an integral part of your Hosting Agreement with ABCO-Hosting. If you engage in any of the activities prohibited by this AUP document ABCO-Hosting may suspend or terminate your account.

ABCO-Hosting's Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") for ABCO-Hosting Services is designed to help protect ABCO-Hosting, ABCO-Hosting's customers and the Internet community in general from irresponsible or, in some cases, illegal activities. The Policy is a non-exclusive list of the actions prohibited by ABCO-Hosting. ABCO-Hosting reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time, effective upon posting at http://abcohosting.com/aup.php.

Prohibited Uses of ABCO-Hosting Systems and Services:

1. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. If you think your copyrighted material is hosted in a non-authorize site under our servers please email us abuse@abcohosting.com.

2. Sending Unsolicited Bulk Email ("UBE", "spam"). The sending of any form of Unsolicited Bulk Email through ABCO-Hosting's servers is prohibited. Likewise, the sending of UBE from another service provider advertizing a web site, email address or utilizing any resource hosted on ABCO-Hosting's servers, is prohibited. ABCO-Hosting accounts or services may not be used to solicit customers from, or collect replies to, messages sent from another Internet Service Provider where those messages violate this Policy or that of the other provider.

3. Running Unconfirmed Mailing Lists. Subscribing email addresses to any mailing list without the express and verifiable permission of the email address owner is prohibited. All mailing lists run by ABCO-Hosting customers must be Closed-loop ("Confirmed Opt-in"). The subscription confirmation message received from each address owner must be kept on file for the duration of the existence of the mailing list. Purchasing lists of email addresses from 3rd parties for mailing to from any ABCO-Hosting-hosted domain, or referencing any ABCO-Hosting account, is prohibited.

4. Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this AUP or the AUP of any other Internet Service Provider, which includes, but is not limited to, the facilitation of the means to send Unsolicited Bulk Email, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denial of service attacks.

5. Operating an account on behalf of, or in connection with, or reselling any service to, persons or firms listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) database at www.spamhaus.org.

6. Unauthorized attempts by a user to gain access to any account or computer resource not belonging to that user (e.g., "cracking").

7. Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means or device with intent to avoid payment.

8. Unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or any attempt thereof, of any information of any ABCO-Hosting customers or end-users by any means or device.

9. Knowingly engage in any activities designed to harass, or that will cause a denial-of-service (e.g., synchronized number sequence attacks) to any other user whether on the ABCO-Hosting network or on another provider's network.

10. Using ABCO-Hosting's Services to interfere with the use of the ABCO-Hosting network by other customers or authorized users.

11. Examples of unacceptable material in our system:
IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers, Pirated Software / Warez, filedump, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), topsites, commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams), Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs(HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forums that distribute or link to warez content is prohibited.

Customer Responsibility for Customer's Users

Each ABCO-Hosting customer is responsible for the activities of its users and, by accepting service from ABCO-Hosting, is agreeing to ensure that its customers/representatives or end-users abide by this Policy. Complaints about customers/representatives or end-users of an ABCO-Hosting customer will be forwarded to the ABCO-Hosting customer's postmaster for action. If violations of the ABCO-Hosting Acceptable Use Policy occur, ABCO-Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services with or take action to stop the offending customer from violating ABCO-Hosting's AUP as ABCO-Hosting deems appropriate, without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you want to check if we can host your site please write to abuse@abcohosting.com with as much information as you can about the site you want to have in our servers.

Payment Information

You agree to supply accurate payment information for your services on ABCO-Hosting. You agree that until and unless you notify ABCO-Hosting of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis.

ABCO-Hosting reserves the right to change any service payment at anytime.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you want to cancel your account, please open a ticket in the sales department at http://clients.abcohosting.com. If you don't receive a response please notify us immediately sales@abcohosting.com.

All refunds are calculated of the following manner. If the first seven days of the recurring month has passed, that current month will be charged and you will not be refunded for that current month. If you cancel in the first seven days you will be able to receive the refund of that current month.

If the termination of your account is because of a violation, any right to a refund may be discard.
